We are the team behind VoiceAIWrapper. We build conversational AI software, and Hello Noreen brings that work to the everyday calls and enquiries of small businesses.

You may be with a customer, on a job or away from the desk when the next enquiry arrives. Hello Noreen gives that conversation a place to start, so you can keep working without leaving the customer unanswered.
VoiceAIWrapper began as an AI automation services company. Along the way, we discovered that building B2B SaaS products suited us better than pitching AI services. We built VoiceAIWrapper so agencies could offer voice AI services to their own customers.
Hello Noreen brings that product-building experience directly to small businesses, with an AI receptionist shaped around their enquiries and the next steps they need.
We enjoy building products that people want to use. User feedback, practical engineering and direct conversations with customers shape what we build.
Product
User feedback drives the product, alongside long music sessions, plenty of pizza and a lot of travel.
Engineering
A solid infrastructure foundation, with AI-assisted tools helping the team move faster.
Customer relationships
Tell us what is not working or what you would like to change. We prefer direct questions and useful answers.
